'Tis the season of art fairs in NYC. Included in the creativity overload central on the waterfront is PULSE New York starting on Thursday at Pier 40 by the West Side Highway. Devoted entirely to contemporary art, even if your wallet/budget is not open to new art purchases this year, it's a great way to see some of the up and coming artists...and a lot of it in one place.
