{nyc} townhouse green group

Studio TOTA has completed a logo design for Townhouse Green Group - a partnership of local NYC companies {that specialize in design and construction} who will come together to offer sustainable design and high-performance green building services. Their projects will focus on the iconic NYC townhouse, but with their extensive knowledge and experience with Energy Star, Health House + LEED certification programs, the final result will be a very forward-thinking, innovative and proactive space/structure. In the logo design, we created a simplified townhouse structure with a green rooftop built on top of a solid green foundation. The growing tree shares the green foundation and relays the concept of ongoing growth over time. It was great to work with an organization with such a positive message and that is so passionate about making NYC a better city {for the right reasons}.
