wedding invitations {metallic lines}

My friend is getting married in April - and Studio TOTA is happily involved in designing all of the wedding materials. The venue for this black-tie celebration is at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in LA - a metal sculpture of a building designed by renowned architect, Frank Gehry. With such a dynamic location, it easily served as a source of inspiration. Utilizing metallic paper that has a glittering sheen, we designed a modern motif of intertwining lines that hopes to create a serene but formal feel to the invitation set. Above is the front and back side of the actual invitation - and below are detail shots as well as the complimenting response card. The programs, menus, etc. all have a matching feel to create a consistent look for the whole day's events. It's been such a pleasure collaborating with the bride and groom in doing all of this. Congratulations to the happy couple~
